Identify a product from a label photo

Send one label photo in WhatsApp

Choose a language, complete the short website check, then open WhatsApp, scan a QR code, or get a text as a last option. You send the label photo in WhatsApp, not on this page. If you already have the chat, you can send another photo there later without coming back to this website.

How it works

  1. Choose English, Dutch, or French. Each choice opens a different WhatsApp start chat.
  2. Complete the short website check. This is only for this page. It does not lock the public WhatsApp chat.
  3. On this phone, tap Open WhatsApp. That opens the chat straight away.
  4. On a computer, scan the QR code with your phone. Getting a text is a slower backup.
  5. Send one clear photo of the product label. You can send more photos later in the same chat without reopening this website.

You cannot upload photos in the browser here. Uploading many photos at once is a different tool.

What happens after you open WhatsApp

  1. WhatsApp opens the start chat for the language you picked. If WhatsApp does not tell us which chat that was, replies are in English.
  2. Send one clear photo of the product label. Not a batch of photos.
  3. WhatsApp replies with what we read on that label.
